东莞市立达信皮革有限公司，是立信实业为布局华南地区及海外市场而设立的华南营销中心。生产基地位于江西省抚州是黎川县经济开发区和广东潮州市湘桥区，分别于2003年6月和2005年3月正式投产，占地面积13万多平方米。工厂现有职工650余人，年生产各种人造革超过3000万米，年销售额超过5亿元人民币。目前工厂拥有干法和湿法五条生产流水线，六条压延生产线，两条高温涂布生产线。包括其他设备100余台（件），其中辅助装置30余套（件）。工厂正在建造独立的洁净车间，专门生产高端医疗级和食品级环保材料。

Dongguan Leesing Leather CO.,Ltd is the South Selling center set up by Leesing Group aim to the market of South of China and overseas.Two production sites are located in Economy area,Lichuan,Fuzhou city,Jiangxi Province and Xiangqiao area,Chaozhou city,Guangdong province respectively.It was formally put into operation in June 2003 and March 2005 respectively, and it covers a total area of more than 130,000 square meters.At present, the factory has five dty and wet production lines, six rolling production lines, and two high-temperature coating production lines. Including more than 100 sets of other equipment (pieces), of which more than 30 sets of auxiliary devices (pieces). The factory is building an independent clean room dedicated to producing medical grade and food grade eco-friendly materials..

工厂有与广东省政府合办的皮革技术研发中心，拥有完备的检测设备和实验室，中心拥有各种精密仪器实验设备50余台，可以系统地进行聚合物材料的耐候、耐寒、耐热、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、剥离强度、耐刮、耐磨、耐曲折、阻燃、色距等多方面的性能测试与研究。

The leather technology R&D center co-organized by Leesing Co.,ltd and the Guangdong Provincial Government has the most comprehensive testing equipment and laboratories. The center has more than 50 sets of precision instruments and experimental equipment, which can systematically perform weathering, cold-resistance, heat-resistance, and Tension Load.Tearing Load,peel strength, scratch resistance, abrasion resistance, twists and turns resistance, flame retardant, Color fastness and many other performance testing and research.

主营产品Main Product

工厂主要生产医用级PVC发泡材料，食品级材料，泡泡贴发泡材料，密封隔热隔音材料，胶带发泡材料，汽车内饰材料（门板、遮阳板、仪表盘、座椅），汽车脚垫、地毯革，厨房地垫、（耐寒）下水裤等特殊材料等。

Our factory are main developing and manufacturing medical PVC foam materials,food grade foam materials,foam sticker materials,sealing materials,Tape foam materials,automotive interior materials(door, sunshade, dashboard, seat),car seat cushions,carpeting leather,Kitchen mats, (cold-resistant) waterproof pants and other special foam materials.
